Full Linux on a USB Thumb Drive

Well MetroPipe Network Services has offered up a preview release of their “USB Virtual Private Machine“. It’s a program small enough (~100MB) to fit on a USB thumb drive that will allow you to carry Internet applications, email, bookmarks, history, web cookies, download files. Because all this information is stored on the virtual machine on your thumb drive it grants you a large ammount of security when browsing the web or reading email in internet cafes or while traveling.
